Returns Policy

Once the purchase has been made no changes or refunds are allowed for reasons not attributable to bitsneakers.es; User errors in processing the order, change of opinion of the User, as well as the perception of the User with respect to colours or sizes and size changes. Before purchasing, the User must ensure that he/she chooses the correct size.

No returns will be accepted unless the product arrives in a broken condition. In this case, the User must contact within 24 hours of receiving the order via email; info@bitsneakers.es, indicating the defect or fault of the product, attaching images of the defect or fault, along with your personal data and order number. Bitsneakers reserves the right to refuse returns communicated outside the stipulated period of 24 hours.

Bitsneakers will be responsible for all shipping costs and the subsequent delivery of the new product/s, provided that once examined the existence of defects or defects in them is confirmed. The return or replacement of the article will be made as soon as possible and depending on the availability of stock. In the event that the product is out of stock, Bitsneakers will send the User a purchase voucher for the value of the defective product and will reimburse the shipping cost if it has been paid. In the case of purchases over 30 € there is no place for the refund of shipping costs as Bitsneakers took care of the shipping.

Returns due to manufacturing defects or within the warranty period

The User may return to Bitsneakers at no cost, any product purchased in the shop and that presents a defect that;

1- Makes it unsuitable for the use for which it is normally intended.

2- Diminishes its quality or the possibility of its use.

3- Does not offer the safety that, given its nature, is normally expected of it and its reasonable use, and which is within the guarantee period.

Taking into account the origin of the contracted products, the User shall have a period of one month, from the date of receipt of the products, to inform Bitsneakers about his dissatisfaction with them. Bitsneakers shall not be liable in the event that this period is exceeded. The return of products that present factory breakage will not have any additional cost for the User.

To formalize the return, the User must contact Bitsneakers within the period of one month, through the following email; info@bitsneakers.es, identifying the product / s object of the return, attaching photographs or videos where the defects are shown and a detailed report of the defects found in them.

Once Bitsneakers receives the documentation and evidence from the User, it will inform the User within 3 to 5 working days whether or not to proceed with the return of the product.

In the event that it proceeds with the return, Bitsneakers will indicate to the User how to send the defective product.

Once received the product and evaluated the defects, Bitsneakers will give the User the possibility to exchange the product for another with the same characteristics, unless this option is objectively impossible or disproportionate for Bitsneakers.

In the event that for reasons of lack of inventory it is not possible to proceed with the delivery of another product with the same characteristics, the User may choose between refunding the amount paid or requesting the delivery of another model that he/she voluntarily chooses.

The delivery of the product with the same characteristics or the new model chosen by the User, as appropriate, will be made within 7 to 15 working days from the date on which Bitsneakers confirms with the User the exchange of the defective product or the shipment of the new model.

If the User decides to refund the amount paid, Bitsneakers will reimburse the User for the total amount paid for the purchase of the defective product (including shipping costs). The refund will be made using the same payment method of your order.

Bitsneakers informs the Users that the term of the refund will depend on the method of payment used by the User at the time of purchasing the product; if the User made the payment by credit card and/or debit card or by bank transfer, Bitsneakers will refund the amount paid within 14 working days, from the time the User has decided to terminate the contract.

IMPORTANT

The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging. Products that are dirty or have an odour will not be accepted.
