We can afford these prices offered in our shop thanks to the intermediation of the products directly from the factories located in Asian countries saving us the high costs of not having stock or physical shop, as this is an online shop.
Means of payment
The means of payment available for the products in the shop are the following;
- Credit or debit card by Visa or Master Card and American Express.
All payment methods have SSL security for the User.
Can returns or exchanges be made?
Once the order has been placed and paid for, it cannot be changed, so the User must be very sure before paying for the order that it is the item he/she wishes to purchase.
Returns are not allowed for reasons not attributable to Bitsneakers; for User errors when processing the order, for change of opinion, for perception regarding colours and sizes or for size changes. Before purchasing, the User must ensure that he/she chooses the correct size. Bitsneakers provides the User with information and instructions on measurements in the size guide section. Returns will only be accepted in the event that the item arrives in a broken condition.
When do the orders go out?
Orders are processed within five working days of payment.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders usually take on average between 15 and 25 working days to arrive when they are shipped directly from overseas factories. However, at certain times of the year, such as Christmas, it can take up to 30 days.
When you place your order and once it has been shipped, you can request the tracking number by e-mail so that you can track where your order is at all times.
What if nobody is at home when the package is delivered?
In this case, Correos will leave a notification of the arrival of the package so that you can pick it up the next day at the nearest post office.
Can I pay for my product by cash on delivery?
The products purchased in the shop are sent directly from the factories to the address indicated by the user.
As it is an international shipment, the post office does not accept cash on delivery as payment.
What can I do if I do not receive my order?
We guarantee a full refund if you do not receive the purchased item after 90 working days from the date of shipment of the order.
After 90 working days from the date of shipment without having received the purchased item, the user can request a full refund by sending an email from the contact section of the shop indicating the order reference. Once the refund has been requested, Bitsneakers will study the case and will communicate a resolution to the User within 72 hours. Once the request is approved, we will proceed to process a refund for the amount of the item not received, trying to use the same payment method that was used to place the order. Depending on the method of payment chosen at the time of placing the order, the refund may take between 1 and 3 working days to become effective.
